PRESENTED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Our Voice / Notre Voix

A day for growing stronger, together.

A full day for men and women who want to grow as people and feel more rooted in their community. Practical tools for managing stress and showing up for the people in your life. Honest conversations with people who care about the same things you do. Real connection in a room full of real people.

The day is built on a simple idea: when we take care of ourselves and show up for each other, everything around us gets better.

What you'll experience

  • Fireside chat

A guided conversation with local leaders on mental health, resilience, and community. Speakers to be announced.

  • Nervous system regulation

Science-backed breathwork and grounding practices for managing stress. Tools you can use the same day.

  • Communication frameworks

Proven techniques for speaking honestly and listening deeply. Conversations that build understanding instead of conflict.

  • Authentic connection

Structured exercises that move you beyond small talk and into real conversation. Safe, supported, surprisingly powerful.

  • Community circle

Men and women in one room, finding common ground. Often the most memorable part of the day.

  • Play and movement

Laughter, play, and shared experience. Connection grows through having fun together as much as through deep conversation.

Real change happens in two places: inside us, and between us.

How the day flows

The day moves through a natural arc: ground inward, connect outward, take it home.

Morning

Arrive, ground, and open

Coffee and connection. Breathwork and grounding practices. Playful icebreakers to build trust and ease.

Midday

Connect and go deeper

Connection exercises. Communication skill-building. Featured speakers. Catered lunch together.

Afternoon

Community and integration

Community circle. Movement and play. Closing connection. Walk away rooted in something stronger.

The Flow

Doors at 9:00. We start at 9:30 and finish at 4:00.

Morning

We start slow. Breath and movement first, then a game that gets people laughing. You get settled in yourself before we ask you to connect with anyone else.

Midday

The room opens up. Real conversations with people you met that morning, then a full lunch with an hour to sit and talk.

Afternoon

This is where it goes deeper. Smaller groups, a break outside, and a fireside conversation to finish. We end on a song.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is it?

Rotary Lodge, Centennial Park, 125 Rotary Lodge Lane, Moncton. Free parking on site.

Is lunch included?

Yes. A full catered lunch, plus coffee and tea in the morning. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you register and we'll take care of it.

What should I bring and wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. A water bottle. A journal and pen if you like to write things down. The lodge can be cool, so bring a sweater or a blanket if you run cold.

Do I need experience with this kind of thing?

No. The day is practical work on how we talk to each other and how we handle stress, so you'll leave with things you can use at your kitchen table on Monday. It's all explained in plain language, and there's nothing you're asked to believe.

Do I have to take part in everything?

No. Every activity is an invitation, and you can sit any of them out without explaining yourself to anyone. That goes for the movement, the partner exercises, and anything involving physical contact.

I'm coming on my own, and I'm not a natural in a room full of strangers. Is this for me?

Yes, and plenty of people will be in the same spot. The day is guided the whole way through, so you're never standing around working out who to talk to. Most of it happens in pairs and small groups rather than in front of the room.

Is this a men's event that women are invited to?

It's built for both, and it only works with both in the room. Half the facilitation team is women. The whole point of the day is for men and women to hear each other directly, which requires a balanced room to happen at all.

What if I can't make it?

Tickets aren't refundable, but they are transferable. Send someone in your place and email us their name so we've got the right headcount for lunch. If something serious comes up, email us anyway, and we'll sort it out.

Come as you are.

Leave rooted in something stronger.

You'll leave with practical tools, meaningful conversations, and a few new people in your community you actually want to see again.

That's the point of all this.

Only room for 80 people.
