A full day for men and women who want to grow as people and feel more rooted in their community. Practical tools for handling stress and showing up for the people in your life, and honest conversation with people who care about the same things you do.
The day is built on a simple idea: when we take care of ourselves and show up for each other, everything around us gets better.

MOVEMENT & FUN
Registration and coffee.
Why this day exists.
A short, practical session on settling your system before a hard conversation. Tools you'll use again Monday.
A walk through the trails with one conversation partner. Out one way, back the other.
Small groups, one build, a clock. More fun than it sounds.
Guided conversations, one-on-one and as a full room, that build trust faster than most people think possible.
Full catered meal by Guacamole.
Fast, a little ridiculous, and good for the room.
Practical skills for saying the real thing and listening so people feel heard.
Small-group communication practice. Speaking with more clarity, listening more closely.
What you're taking with you, and one last round as a full room.
A moderated conversation in the afternoon on how we show up for ourselves, and how that changes things for the people and the community around us.

The day moves through a natural arc: ground inward, connect outward, take it home.
Rotary Lodge, Centennial Park, 125 Rotary Lodge Lane, Moncton. Free parking on site.
Yes. A full catered lunch, plus coffee and tea in the morning. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you register and we'll take care of it.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. A water bottle. A journal and pen if you like to write things down. The lodge can be cool, so bring a sweater or a blanket if you run cold.
No. The day is practical work on how we talk to each other and how we handle stress, so you'll leave with things you can use at your kitchen table on Monday. It's all explained in plain language, and there's nothing you're asked to believe.
No. Every activity is an invitation, and you can sit any of them out without explaining yourself to anyone. That goes for the movement, the partner exercises, and anything involving physical contact.
Yes, and plenty of people will be in the same spot. The day is guided the whole way through, so you're never standing around working out who to talk to. Most of it happens in pairs and small groups rather than in front of the room.
It's built for both, and it only works with both in the room. Men and women lead the day together, on the facilitation team and on the fireside panel. The whole point of the day is for men and women to hear each other directly, which requires a balanced room.
Tickets aren't refundable, but they are transferable. Send someone in your place and email us their name so we've got the right headcount for lunch. If something serious comes up, email us anyway, and we'll sort it out.
